I bought a great car at a great price! Ultimate Autoline was very professional and made the buying process easy! I live out of state and they even held the car for me until I was able to fly down to pick it up. I would definitely buy from them again!!!
So we where on our way to a private seller and stumbled into Ultimate Autoline when Amen came out. We soon realized this was a no nonsense dealership, no haggling and prices were marked extremely fair. We never felt rushed nor pushed into anything. We left to see private seller vehicle but returned to Ultimate Autoline and at about 9:30 pm we left with a new Suburban. It is most def. a place I will visit again when needed and they went above and beyond to makes us feel welcome and to "TAKE CARE" of the customer. This was one of the few times I made a large purchase with no buyers remorse. Thank you all for the hospitality you showed us and for the honesty and for being transparent.
Amen was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process and gave me a fantastic deal for a good quality car. He made sure that all questions I had were answered, that he approached the deal honestly, and that he clearly stated the information regarding the car and pricing. Amen also attended to some of the extra costs I would have needed to pay after the pre-purchase inspection, to make sure that I did not have to worry once I drove off the lot.

My car buying experience with Majid and Amy was more than I could have expected! The car is so nice and my mechanic completed a thorough 1 1/2 hour inspection including visual and diagnostics. The car came back clean with a gold star and we found no evidence of any sneaky repair work. The car is the car though but the review is for the buying experience I found the car on Carfax so I knew I was getting a clean vehicle from the start. Majid offered me a great interest rate with great terms and beat my monthly payment expectations! They took care of al of the paperwork and even delivered the car to my doorstep. If your looking for a fair honest used car buying experience look no further!

We had a great buying experience recently at Ultimate Autoline. It's a small, personal dealership and everyone is very pleasant. No hard sells, just courteous service. My husband and I detest the usual car buying experience where the salesman has to go to his boss, who goes to his boss, who checks with the general manager, only to come back and haggle some more. You won't find this here. We had a deal worked out in about 15 minutes! And our 2011 Infiniti G37 is flawless. These guys spent $300 to remove one small ding and match the paint perfectly on the back bumper to sell a perfect car. We did not see this attention to detail at some other used car dealerships we visited. The only small glitch was that we had the infiniti dealership down the street check the car after we had agreed on price, and the back brakes were totally metal to metal. Not sure how we missed that during the test drive, but we had to replace the back brakes within the first week. I would have given five stars if these guys had checked and fixed that. But this one thing was not a dealbreaker for us. All in all I would highly recommend this dealer. We hope to see them again for our next purchase!

Majid is the best! I originally found the Mini Cooper we purchased on TruCar, never hearing of Ultimate Autoline I was very skeptical, I did reviews and everything seemed normal, but it wasn't until I called and spoke with Majid that I felt completely comfortable driving up from SD to OC. Upon arriving he had a great selection of cars, clean and well maintained office and I was immediately greeted with a smile. We took the Mini for a test drive and it was exactly as he described, zero complaints or concerns. We came back, sat down, and did the paperwork. Start to finish less than 1 hour which was less time that it took us to travel up. Extremely satisfied, hands down the best pricing and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you Majid!
We all know commonly held beliefs about independent dealerships. And I sure was rusty, not having bought a car in years. But the best deal with low mileage that I found happened to be at Ultimate Autoline. I visited, took the car for a test drive and decided to make a purchase. Then came time to sit down. What folks say about Majid is true. He was very transparent about what the used car needed and was negotiable about quick fixes. Majid is a pretty honest guy. The contract was straight up and I wasn't forced to sign agreements I felt uncomfortable about. Majid even offered a free dinner at a local restaurant on him! I still have to take him up on that. I'm completely happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone over to Ultimate Autoline!
A friend of mine who I was visiting in Irvine told me that Ultimate Autoline had a very unique, and special Ford Mustang in their inventory, so I made the drive to Westminster to see it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall condition, and I took a test drive with Abel who was very courteous & helpful. When it came to working on the price, I worked with the owner Majid. Majid was very easy to work with, and made me a very fair deal on the car. I couldn't be happier! I myself have been in automotive sales for nearly 20 years, so I appreciate good service. I would recommend Ultimate Autoline to anyone looking for a good quality car at a fair price. I love my Mustang, and will probably keep it forever!
